Health and Wellness Programs at Meadows Health

The classes at Meadows Health are designed to help people of all fitness levels get, and stay, healthy for life. No matter what shape you’re in or what issues you may be facing, we have a program for you.

Diabetes Education

Diabetes Education classes are offered Every 1st and 2nd Thursday of the month with a wrap up session one month after completion of the core classes. Classes are provided without charge.

Diabetes Support Group

Learn to better control your diabetes by sharing strategies with other diabetics, friends and family members the first Monday at 7 pm in the Conference Room at the Wellness Center. For more information call Sharon Proctor at 912.535.5074.

Heart Failure Classes

Total Joint Replacement Classes

Learn about what to expect and how to prepare for your joint replacement prior to surgery. No registration necessary. For dates and times, call 912.538.0040.

Toombs County Alzheimers Caregivers Support Group
