There are several assessments and treatment plans that a Speech-Language Pathologist can use according to the deficits experienced by each individual.
The steps to schedule an appointment would be the same at physical therapy.
1. Visit your primary care physician and ask for an order for a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat as necessary.
2. Call (912) 277-2033, Ext. 2 and speak with the secretary to schedule an appointment most convenient for you or your loved one.
After surgery or injury, you may feel like you’re starting over. Things that once seemed routine now are challenges. This can be frustrating, but it also can be overcome.
Our licensed therapists are here to help get you back on the court. Or back to work. Or often just back home on your own. We’re here to get you stronger, with specialized treatments for adults and children.
Through our wellness center you’ll find both inpatient and outpatient options to work with your schedule – even home-based services if you need them. And, we offer the area’s only aquatic therapy pool for water-based rehab programs.
